Hi, I’m Antonette Pasquil, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I help adults manage depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, dementia, and other mental health challenges using evidence-based therapy and medication management—except stimulants and ADHD medications.

     I hold a Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Post University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Riverside College, Philippines, with 12 years of nursing experience in critical care, emergency, trauma, psychiatry, and oncology.

     My approach is holistic and personalized. Together, we’ll create a plan that combines therapy, lifestyle strategies, and, when needed, medication, so you can build resilience, feel heard, and achieve lasting well-being. I accept clients residing in Texas via telehealth and also offer in-person appointments in Sugar Land, Texas.
